**About You**
- 5+ years of retail management experience in a retail environment
- Strong working knowledge of management best practices
- Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to help solve customer vision problems
- High attention to detail & Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management, with motivated and autonomous approach to tasks
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management
- Strong and consistent customer service
- Strong computer skills including retail software plus Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills, or demonstration of fast learning in this area
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to manage teams and/or wide range of personalities, training and development of your team also
