Joining our growing Talent Acquisition team will see you working with a dynamic and supportive team of Recruitment advisors and HR professionals. We enjoy working hard and having a laugh along the way whilst providing quality recruitment solutions for our various sites nationally and across New Zealand.

**You will require experience in performing the following duties:
- Planning and advising in collaboration with stakeholders on recruitment strategies for various sites within your portfolio
- Writing and placing advertisements on various job boards, LinkedIn and social media
- Providing accurate salary and employment information for multiple roles across the business
- Facilitating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers / stakeholders
- Arranging reference checks
- Onboarding new employees including writing Letters of Offer and employment contracts

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment either internal or agency
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience using Smart Recruiters or a similar ATS
- The ability to manage a large portfolio and communicate effectively
- Previous hospitality recruitment experience highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously within a team environment
