**About the role**

In this role, you’ll also be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, responding to enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Whether assisting with preparatory duties, supporting the storage and transport of specimens, or liaising across teams, you’ll help maintain efficient workflows and positive client interactions. - **Technical and Computer Skills** - Ability to use laboratory information systems, databases, and associated software, with knowledge of pathology laboratory operations.
- **Customer Service and Problem Solving** - Experience handling enquiries in a professional manner, showing commitment to service excellence and escalating issues appropriately.
