**ABOUT OUR TRADE DEPARTMENT**

Our trade department services a diverse customer base, from do-it-yourself customers to domestic and commercial builders. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customers with the best solution possible. With a full range of hardware and building supplies, we offer a personalised service to everyone, so they can complete their project from beginning to end.

**ABOUT THE ROLE - WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

The successful applicant will be someone who shows that they are passionate about customer service. You need to have a positive attitude and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You must also be comfortable providing advice for our customers so they can achieve their project goals. You will be positive, have a ‘can do’ attitude, be well organised and enjoy a challenge.

**SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Experience with hardware and timber highly regarded, but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Provide GREAT service and advise customers on items &/or products to suit the job or task they are undertaking.
- Answer questions/offer advice
- The ability to multi-task and ‘Be Mighty Helpful’ with all duties.
- Process purchases/cash handling
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- A desire to challenge yourself and show initiative in your work.

**Salary**: $21.62 - $26.00 per hour
