We have an exciting opportunity for a team of Kitchen Staff and Retail/Tavern Staff to join a new one of Civeo's established camps, supporting the mining operations, based in Pilbara region of Western Australia. This is a FIFO role. Which will see this person based onsite, at the village for 14 days, then 7 days off.

**Scope of role**:
Kitchen Staff
- To assist the kitchen team with tasks relating to food receipt, storage and preparation and kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- To provide a high-quality housekeeping service to guests of Civeo, ensuring rooms are cleaned thoroughly, well stocked, and provided with linen, in a timely manner consistent with daily service schedules
- Carry out basic maintenance work, grounds maintenance and garbage collection
- maintain the dining room in a clean and hygienic condition.
- ensure that customers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner in the dining room, bar and retail outlets.
- Undertake vegetable preparation.
- Assist in setting up food service areas for meal service.

Retail/Tavern
- The retail and Tavern workers will provide support to on-site operations and will be responsible for receiving, handling, storing, ordering, and serving to customers
- Work in the Village shop, serving customers, stocking items,
- Providing friendly customer service
- Support the staff in the evening tavern with provide safe service of food and alcohol

**Your experience**:

- At least 6 months' work experience of similar work, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry - retail,
- bar, hotel, or restaurant
- Experience of cleaning in a food environment and/or housekeeping environment.
- Experience of cash handling (desirable)
- Ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations
- RSA - for Retail/Tavern position
