To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a
**Stores Coordinator,** to join us on a
**full-time permanent basis.**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Manage the inventory within Stores through SAP (min/max values, obsoletes, stock/non stock, ordering stock for capital works). This will include stock taking procedures also
- Provide technical capability in regards to purchasing new or one-off Stores items
- Conformance to all PepsiCo PEMM stores requirements
- Drive correct % of CARV to stock as per PepsiCo standards
- Play an active role in our continuous improvement process - inventory control and documentation
Qualifications:
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
- 3 years prior experience within an Engineering Stores/Inventory/Customer focussed role, with proven knowledge of inventory management
- Competence with MS Office Suite
- Experience operating Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SAP) is preferable
- Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the self-motivation to work autonomously and to plan and coordinate work tasks aligned with deadlines
