Blue Chip, National Retail/Wholesale business based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne who are a market leader in their field and are a household name. The company is going through a period of high growth due to some recent acquisitions, greater demand for its products and increasing its store footprint in Australia and overseas.

**The role**

Reporting to the Credit Manager, and as part of a larger team, this autonomous full function temp (minimum 4 + months) Credit Control position offers a great chance to take ownership of a large ledger with a wide range of large corporate accounts and a mix of smaller SME businesses.

**Duties**
- Managing large number of National + small accounts (approx 1000 accounts)
- Assessing credit viability
- Ascertaining credit viability of customers
- Outbound/Inbound Collections
- Escalation of bad debtors
- Maintaining your own large ledger
- Credit queries
- Processing credit notes and other credit claims
- Stop supply/reviewing credit limits
- Weekly and monthly credit reporting
- Issuing of account statements
- Raising credit notes/returns
