**The Role**:
**As a Stock Coordinator, you are responsible for the following**:
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining up to date product knowledge to assist Customers with product queries
- Performing transactions on POS

Stock Management
- Receive stock upon delivery
- Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate
- Process Stock ( Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock
- Merchandise replenishment
- Assist Management with stock date
- Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner
- In
- Store Operations and VM
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times ( i.e. correctly placed, hung and folded)

WHS
- Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance to safe work practices
- Reporting all incidents in a timely manner

WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Articulate problem solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel)
- Stock/Administrative retail background
- Team Player
- Loves the Glue brand & culture
