**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Internal Sales Team Member** based in **Fyshwick.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative trade sales team.

This is a permanent** full-time**role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for customer orders
- Proactively monitor orders, promptly communicating any delays to builders
- Liaising with sales teams and trade customers on product selections and problem solving
- General customer service and sales support
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in an estimating role or a related trade qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Strong customer docus with an eye for details and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on attitude with a "can do" approach
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
