**The Opportunity**

Our client is a privately, family owned and operated service offering a personalised care and stimulating programs for children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years old in a safe, nurturing environment.

We are currently looking for Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Centre has a relaxed and positive culture, where time is dedicated to valuing quality of care and relationships. They offer their staff 50% off their own childcare fees at the centre, and flexibility with regards to hours and days of work (although you could be required to work any time between 7am and 6pm so we'll need you to have availability across that timespan)

**You**

You have either a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Education and Care (Educator) or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, preferably alongside Long Day Care experience (Teacher) and the ability to work across age groups (birth to 5 years).

You will be flexible, open-minded and friendly, with excellent customer service skills and a genuine love of children. We are looking for someone reliable, who appreciates that disruption of service can unsettle the kids’ routines, and who is genuinely invested in providing quality care to the families who use the service.

You must be aware of and able to uphold hygienic health and safety practices, and able to provide evidence of your ability to work with children (WWCC).
