**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate tender responses, including maintaining existing client prequalification’s
- Management system document control (including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, etc).
- Administration of the supplier management program, HSSEQ online tool and HSSEQ registers
- Administration of the AAP external training and competency register
- Coordinate and prepare communications (monthly bulletin, reports, alerts)
- Coordinate team meetings (including taking and preparation of minutes)
- Assist with coordination of management system related training
**You will have**:
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite - intermediate to advanced Word/Excel/PP
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 18001 and integrated management systems
- SharePoint experience preferable but not essential
- Internal auditing - preferable but not essential
