You’ll be joining a small team of SEO and digital marketing specialists that live, breathe, and love the process of ranking clients at the top of Google for the most competitive search terms in the country.

**About the Role**

We're on the lookout for the next SEO specialist to join our tight-knit team. If you're someone that is passionate about organic visibility, and data-driven SEO strategies, this is the ideal role for you. Based in Sydney, this is a full time role.

As a Junior SEO specialist, your role will entail:

- Assessing search engine visibility of a wide range of websites and businesses
- Implementing both on-site and off-site search engine optimisation tactics
- Liaising with small, medium, and large clients across Australia and the UK
- Working with our in-house copywriters and off-site SEO team

**About You**
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to innovate and implement new systems to streamline processes
- Strong Excel & Google Sheets experience
- Innovative approach to process-driven workflow
- Ability to understand trends and reverse engineer data based on competitor insights
- A foundational understanding of the role of off-site SEO
- A genuine passion for learning and being part of a tight-knit team
