Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards and ensuring client satisfaction across the board. **Your Days Will Look Like**:

- Leading the landscape maintenance division and managing a team of talented professionals.
- Overseeing a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential clients, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard.
- Ensuring safety and quality protocols are met while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, addressing their needs, and providing top-tier service.
- Working closely with the executive team to improve processes and grow the division.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in landscape maintenance.
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher).
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale landscape maintenance projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you inspire your team to do their best work.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, costs, and contracts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and foster a positive, hardworking team culture.

Pay: $71,420.27 - $126,744.90 per year

**Experience**:

- landscape maintenance supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Horticultural landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
