Community Support Worker : Make a Difference Every Day - Community Access

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be a day-maker and a difference-creator From supporting community outings to building everyday life skills, you’ll help clients connect, grow, and thrive in the community — and have fun doing it.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Support clients to get involved in their local community — think coffee catch-ups, events, sports, or beach trips
Assist with daily routines, personal care, and life skill development.
Follow positive behaviour support strategies.
Maintain progress notes and celebrate big (and small) wins.
Enjoy flexible shifts — including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and public holidays — to suit your lifestyle.

**What You Bring**:
A passion for people and a can-do attitude.
Experience in disability support
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
A caring, respectful approach to personal care.
Resilience, empathy, and a positive outlook.
