A leading player in the luxury furniture market is currently seeking sales-oriented Store Managers for their retail showrooms in Northeast Sydney. As the Store Manager, you will drive sales, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure that your showroom is maintained to the highest standards. This role offers the potential to earn a salary of up to **$120k + Super**, in addition to Store Manager bonuses and commissions. **Responsibilities**:

- Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and tailored solutions for customers' furnishing needs.
- Lead a team to achieve KPIs on daily and weekly targets.
- Train and coach both new and existing staff, continually developing your team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain strong relationships, and deliver outstanding aftercare service.

- Proven track record in selling high-ticket items.
- Experience in leading a successful team to drive sales performance.
- Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to achieve sales outcomes.
