At Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state of the art, purpose-built centres. As a premium service provider, top quality is at the heart of what we do across our 46 centres in Australia. Our brand-new West Lakes centre is opening in the coming weeks and we're currently recruiting for passionate, like-minded individuals to join the team

In this role use your passion and enthusiasm for early learning in helping to make work play, creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing different, and creating opportunities for our team to choose their own adventure.

About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30am - 6.30pm

**Qualifications**:

- Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification (or is working towards these qualifications)
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
