**Merchandise Planner - Premium Activewear & Lifestyle Retailer**

As **Merchandise Planner**, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving results across eCommerce and retail. You’ll combine data-driven planning with a strong commercial mindset to ensure the right product, in the right quantities, hits the right channels at the right time.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Developing and managing merchandise financial plans across sales, margin, inventory, OTB, and markdowns
- Partnering with Buying to shape assortments that balance commercial performance with brand vision
- Leading seasonal OTB planning, demand forecasting, and intake flow management
- Overseeing allocation and replenishment strategies for both eCommerce and the flagship retail store
- Delivering reporting, dashboards, and insights to influence leadership decisions
- Partnering cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Retail, and Marketing to align product flow with trade plans

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in merchandise planning, inventory, or category management within retail, fashion, or eCommerce
- Proven ability to plan and manage assortments, sales, margins, and inventory
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-first mindset
- Experience managing retail store inventory, allocation, and replenishment
- Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
