**About You**:
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about real estate and eager to learn from the best. You will have:

- A current Real Estate Sales Representative Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong personal presentation and professionalism
- A goal-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and think outside the box
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, well-managed environment
- A driver’s licence

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a high-achieving agent and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the sales process, including:

- End-to-end sales: generating/pursuing opportunities, listing and marketing appointments, negotiation and finalisation of offers
- Coordinating inspections (open homes, private viewings, and building inspections)
- Managing marketing campaigns and database communications
- Prospecting, business development, and cold calling to generate opportunities
- Attending weekly sales meetings and ongoing training for career growth
- Assisting with marketing, copywriting, and administrative
