**What this opportunity involves**:
Join our team supporting a Government Client as an Emergency Management Coordinator, where you'll develop essential skills in coordinating emergency management functions across owned and leased properties. This position provides excellent training opportunities to learn stakeholder collaboration, contractor coordination, and operational processes whilst building expertise in safety and compliance standards within a supportive team environment.
**An Overview of the role**:
Work closely with the Emergency Management Manager and Vendor Manager
Make general inquiries of the vendor on behalf of the Emergency Management Team and Client
Assist with conducting and recording minutes of the Monthly Vendor Management Meeting and fortnightly Client meetings
Review and upload Vendor Monthly Performance Reports to the Client Portal
Assist the Emergency Management Manager with planning upcoming schedule or training changes, milk-runs, and site documentation upgrades
Assist the Emergency Management Manager with ad-hoc discussions and reporting as requested by the Client
Respond to site-based general inquiries on Training operations and diagrams
Create initial reactive requests and work orders to address issues raised by the Vendor and Client
Verify the contents of documents uploaded to the Corrigo portal
Create financial proposals and verify invoice data
Create regular schedules for training programs
Update schedule information in Corrigo
