**Position**: Casual and Part-time Receptionist Opportunities

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: We are seeking a friendly and experienced medical receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic teams on the Gold Coast. We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their thirst for knowledge and development. There are endless development opportunities for the right person

You'll be responsible for but not limited to:

- Opening and closing the clinic
- Managing patient bookings
- Fielding telephone calls
- Patient billing and receipting
- Daily banking reporting
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Footwear sales
- Opportunity for higher duties

Potential applicants should have the following:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite
- Experience using Nookal
- High level of computer skills
- HICAPS, DVA and Medicare processing experience highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
- Monday to Saturday availability
- Professional and well-presented image
- Team Player with a "can do" attitude
- Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably
- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage.

Remuneration: Podiatry businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.
