The Role

The Valet/Customer Service Team Member is an integral role to the guest experience as you will be our clients’ customers first point of contact. Our Customer Service Team greet our guests with a welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with valet parking, queries and special requests.

The role is to provide professional client service, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.

We are looking for an energetic, professional people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our client’s and their customers.

**This role is based at Macquarie Centre and the roster is**:
**Saturday**: 9:00am to 6:00pm

**Sunday**: 10:00am to 6:00pm

**Monday**: 10:00am - 6:00pm

This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020

**Role Requirements**:

- Full NSW Drivers Licence is essential
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- 5-star customer service skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic personality
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure
- Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior valet/customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
