A Day In the Life
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management (165 - 185 properties)
Liaise with owners and tenants
Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimise and maintain rental arrears
9am - 5.30pm with potential to WFH one day a week when fully trained and hitting KPIs
