**Job Title: Retail Assistant / Customer Service (Casual)**

**Location**: Eastland Shopping Centre, Vic

**Overview**: We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Assistants to join our team in Eastland Shopping Centre. If you have a passion for perfumes and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. This role offers competitive pay, including overtime and penalty rates, and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilise product knowledge to recommend and sell perfumes based on customer preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash and card payments.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and shelves are adequately stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and tidying display areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Stay informed about current promotions, events, and product offerings.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience, especially in perfume sales, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items and perform stock checks as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.46 - $32.10 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
