**The Company**

CSG Talent have partnered with a large Australian owned food manufacturer who are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Fitter to their maintenance team. They are a meat processing facility and have over 500 employees at their facility in Melbourne. They are currently experience a large degree of growth and require a Maintenance Fitter to ensure mínimal production down time.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for carrying out various maintenance activities on processing and packaging machinery to ensure mínimal down time.
- Troubleshoot and fault find mechanical issues.
- Working closely with production team on maintenance issues to ensure smooth running of department.
- Driving continuous improvement through training and development.

**Skills and Experience**
- Several years working for an FMCG manufacturer or similar.
- Mechanical trade certificate.
- Experience of working in fast pace environment.

**Package and Benefits**
- $45 p/h
- Monday to Friday - days.
- Paid overtime
- Other benefits
