**Quality Advisor**

As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion work-in-hand, Georgiou is seeking a Quality Advisor to join our project-based civil engineering team and work primarily on large civil infrastructure projects across NSW. Initially, you will be assigned to work on our recent awarded M12 project involving the construction of a 6km dual carriageway motorway between The Northern Road, Luddenham and 400-metres east of Badgerys Creek, along with the construction of 11 bridges and a grade-separated interchange connected with the Western Sydney Airport.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be trusted to ensure adherence with the project Quality Management System (QMS) and assist in the development commissioning system documentation, as-built data and manuals to meet Georgiou and client requirements. Your key duties will involve:

- Managing the development, maintenance, regular review and support of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Overseeing the administration and communication to develop project quality documentation, processes and system improvements
- Reviewing subcontractor quality systems and associated documentation (plans, procedures etc), completing audits and inspections of subcontractor work; Collating and distributing as built data and manuals in a timely manner as requested by our clients.
- Assisting in the development of Commissioning Plans and other quality training materials for the QMS

**What you’re good at**:
Aside from having relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications and similar experience developing and implementing business systems strategies within civil engineering/construction environments, you are a confident communicator with demonstrated interpersonal skills to build strong relationship on site and influence positive changes. You should also have strong understanding of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001 and 14001
