**About the Role**:
This role is primarily responsible for contribution to the overall daily laundry operations

Other key responsibilities include:

- Sorting linen before laundering
- Moving linen trolleys and loading and unloading them
- Loading and unloading washing machines and dryers at regular intervals to ensure a steady flow
- Using large scale machines that fold, press and process linen
- Feeding items through ironer
- Manual sorting, folding and ironing of linen

**About You**:
As a laundry worker, you will play an important role in our operations, ensuring that the Laundry is providing and delivering a quality service to our clients.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Able to work effectively both independently and as a team
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to fill shifts when required

For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver’s licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
