Goal Group is seeking a couple of Defence Sector experienced Project Schedulers (L3 and L4) for Defence capability programs in Canberra
Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, you will be involved in:
- Input to monthly reporting at PPRIP/MRM, IPTs, APRs and other governance and assurance forums
- Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, milestones in OPP and providing proactive advice and recommendations to Project Managers relating to schedule performance (e.g. critical path analysis) and identifying issues and concerns, remediation and resolution.
- Participating in or leading scheduling workshops
- Developing Schedules such as, resourcing/levelling, dependencies and analysis
- Reporting
- Communication and stakeholder engagement
- The L4 role will lead and mentor a team of schedulers as well as provide governance expertise to produce artefacts to standardise scheduling across a division.
**About you**
- Current or recent experience in a Project Scheduling role, on large complex Defence Projects with a variety of stakeholders, at various stages of the project lifecycle
- Extensive experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) is essential
