Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care and support services across Australia. We deliver high-quality, personalised services to individuals living with a disability through **NDIS plan-managed and self-managed funding**, as well as through DVA, Motor Accident and WorkCover Insurance, Carer Gateway, and private arrangements for non-NDIS participants.

Our person-centred approach ensures that every client’s voice is heard and their goals are reflected in their care plan. Care and support are delivered by trained, insured, and screened workers under the supervision of experienced Care Managers. While general support workers assist with day-to-day tasks like domestic duties and social engagement, our team of qualified nurses manage clinical care such as medication administration, wound care, catheter management, insulin injections, and more.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking **Disability Support Workers** to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality in-home and community-based support across the Gold Coast region.

You will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities, building life skills, and helping them participate in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualised support for people living with disability
- Assist with domestic tasks and personal care
- Support participation in community activities and programs
- Complete accurate progress notes, incident reports, and shift handovers
- Support clients with mobility, including manual handling and hoist transfers
- Assist with medication and meal preparation
- Support individuals with complex behaviours and diverse support needs
- Maintain up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes

**What You’ll Need**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable insured vehicle
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and overnights
- Willingness to support individuals with complex behaviours
