As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the **Group Property Manager.**

Are you an outgoing individual with a passion for property management? Qscan Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of clinics and offices. Reporting to the Property Development Group Executive, you will take responsibility for the property management of existing clinics and Head Office locations (90+ leases), to ensure continuity of tenure and quality of premises, along with Group Sustainability initiatives & emissions reporting. The role will contribute on strategic growth opportunities, as well as assistance with project management and procurement tasks to ensure successful implementation of the network growth plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively manage the Group’s portfolio of clinics and office spaces, utilising property tools such as LeaseEagle and electricity contract database.
- Handle all market rent reviews, exercise of options, and Lease expiries efficiently, including notifications to Landlords.
- Work with external Solicitors to finalise legal documentation for all Real Estate transactions.
- Approve invoices for all property-related expenses, including monthly rental and outgoings obligations.
- Ensure emissions reporting compliance based on regulatory requirements in New Zealand and Australia, including annual GRESB submission.
- Assist with construction and procurement administration.
- Prepare monthly report regarding real estate, construction, and procurement.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Well-developed communication, organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
- Growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial analysis, feasibilities, and commercial negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite.
- Previous experience with MRI/LeaseEagle.
