Kitchen Fryer

**Kitchen Fryer (Mandarin Speaking preferred) - Brunswick Barkly Square**
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Fryer to join our team at Brunswick, assisting with daily kitchen operations, 6 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with **stock receiving** and organizing
- Support **meat marination, ingredient preparation**, and pre-cooking tasks
- Operate **frying**equipment for menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year experience**in a Chinese Cuisine kitchen, familiar with fryer operations
- Skilled in ingredient preparation, marination, and stock handling; efficient and quick
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, organized and detail-oriented
- **Mandarin Speaking preferred** for our team communication
- Strong communication and learning ability, able to work effectively with teammates
- Team player with a positive attitude; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must hold a valid work visa

Work Arrangement:

- **6 working days per week**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $1,600.00 per week

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
