**About the Role**:
As the face of our café, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — greeting with a smile, taking orders, handling payments, and making sure every guest feels _welcome_ and well looked after. You'll also help with basic food and drink preparation, keeping the café clean and presentable, and supporting the team wherever needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
- Take orders confidently and accurately
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across front-of-house areas
- Work well in a team to create a positive customer experience

**You’ll Be Great In This Role If You**:

- Love working with people and have a natural, friendly attitude
- Have previous customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Can stay calm and cheerful during busy periods
- Are proactive, dependable, and quick to learn
- Have great communication skills and attention to detail
