**Key responsibilities**:

- Accountable for end-to-end recruitment including attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, final selection, pre-employment checks and offer processes
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively drive effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled talent
- Ensure all employees have a positive recruitment experience

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years in internal or agency-based recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise deadlines
- Driven to achieve team results
- Previous understanding of recruitment in mining.
- Previous JobAdder experience is deemed highly advantageous
