**Job Description** The Position**:
If you’re looking for work with purpose that has that ability to change peoples’ lives, we want to hear from you. The Job Coach’s role is to guide our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.

On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be:

- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Mentoring clients to overcome employment barriers and supporting them through a tailored job plan;
- Networking with employers and reverse marketing clients to suitable jobs;
- Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

**Qualifications** Attributes and Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service or client facing role;
- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI’s.
