We've been undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and expanded to Brisbane with a brand-new Fine Dining Restaurant "**TAMA**" opened inside of a Heritage listed building in the centre of Fortitude Valley.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a professional Bartender to offer a superior, attentive drinking experience for our highly esteemed guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for front of house professionals with a minimum of two years' experience behind the bar.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender
- Extensive knowledge in all aspects of cocktails making
- A friendly, customer focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Preferrable previous experience in fine dining establishment
