Are you an administrator looking for a change, closer to home near Kwinana? Look no further At Bis, we have the role for you We are looking for an Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for our workshop in Kwinana.

This role has a broad range of admin tasks including liaising with shipping agents, customer service and warehouse correspondence to ensure shipments are completed with accuracy.

The position is also required to provide back up to Site Administrators across our various WA sites when necessary including general admin, payroll and purchase orders.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm to both personnel and equipment
- Book Slots on 1-stop
- Create PRA's and Manifest bookings
- Create pack lists
- Liaise with truck drivers re the Wharf schedule and requirements
- Ensure driver sheets are filed in fatigue folder
- JDE Entry including purchase orders and work orders
- Administration support when required
- Liaise with Operations Manager and Leading hand re maintenance
- Monthly stock taking

**The successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Administrative skills in a high volume processing environment
- Certificate III in Business Administration preferred
- Logistics & Export experience preferred
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience in JDE
