**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a self-motivated Webster Packer/Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at United Elizabeth Vale on a Part-time capacity.

The successful applicant will be required to perform their daily duties of medication packing with professionalism and accuracy, while at the same time nurturing relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Liaising with Doctors & Patients
- Ensuring accurate and up to date patient profiles at all times
- Managing the weekly dispense runs, ensuring there is adequate medication for the completion of the Webster packs
- Making changes to packs when required
- Ensuring all Webster Packs are complete in a timely matter, ready for patient pick-up
- General customer service including front of shop, dispensary and phone queries.
- Stock control duties in conjunction with Dispensary Team
- Previous dispensary experience in either a hospital or retail setting
- Previous Webster packing experience
- Strong customer focus & customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a professional and confidential approach at all times
