**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking individuals with proven experience working on delay analysis in the construction industry. Ideally, you will have experience writing expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation. We are growing our team across Australia and are seeking senior delay professionals across various levels to join our Perth office.

**Skills and Experience**:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
- Extensive experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.
- Experience being appointed as an Expert Witness and ideally cross examined.
- Strong skills using relevant software tools, which could include but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Proven experience training and mentoring other members of the team.
- The ability to create opportunities or win work for the business, ideally in the Asia Pacific region.
- Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
