Family-owned bakery in Camberwell is opening a second bakery store in Croydon and is looking for a fulltime baker. Experience or qualified preferred, but willing to train the right person with the right attitude who doesn't have the experience or qualification. Working only days (5:00am start) Tuesday through Saturday. No nights. Good pay and conditions. Start date is second week of September. The right person for the job will:

- Be qualified, suitably experienced or wants to work hard and learn;
- Be available for an immediate start;
- Speak fluent English;
- Be able to work alone;
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (no short-term Visas);
- Live local or have sufficient and reliable transport;
- Be required for making, shaping and baking of a wide range of bakery products; and
- Be honest and reliable.

This position offers an opportunity for long-term employment in a thriving small business. We are not looking for someone to just fill the position or meet JobSeeker requirements. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and make something of it... long term.
