Receptionist

**About Us**

Timbertruss, a division of Bowen and Pomeroy Pty Ltd is a leader in the manufacturing of pre-fabricated roof trusses, wall frames and posi-struts.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Receptionist to join our team on a **permanent full time basis.** Our office is located in Brendale, and the office operates from **Monday to Friday (no weekends).** As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors so we're looking for someone who is positive, customer service focused and has a 'can-do' attitude

**About the Role**

The main focus of this role will be:

- Answering the front desk switchboard
- Provide a message service to staff
- Greet and assist visitors that come to the front office counter

This role will also encompass general administration assistance such as:

- Data entry and paperwork for production
- Scanning documents as required

**About You**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong client focus with good interpersonal skills.
- A professional telephone manner
- Have the ability to work well as part of a team, and at times work autonomously without supervision.
- Good general administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brendale, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
