The opportunity has become available for experienced concierge/customer support officers for a 12month contract, 30 hours per week. To be successful for this role you will need to demonstrate, strong customer service skills and have customer facing experience with a professional approach.

The main purpose of this role is to cover any annual/sick leave across multiple branches within South Brisbane and act as a float branch asssistant To be suitable for this role you need to have a full drivers licence and vehicle to travel between branches with a positive and

**Key responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet all customers entering the branch
- Assist customers with all queries and transactions
- Assist with administration tasks
- Support other members of the branch with all tasks required
- Be flexible to support various branches and drive to different locations across South Brisbane

**Experience required**:

- Customer facing experience or experience within a support role
- Have a full drivers license and car to drive to different location
- Be located in South of Brisbane
- You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
