Medical Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Filing
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Greeting patients
- Liaising with doctors and other health practitioners
- Private billing
- Fulfilling doctors requests

**Requirements**:

- Work independently as well as part of a team
- multi-task during demanding periods at the practice
- work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- be flexible to work afternoon/ evening shifts during the week
- able to file medical documents in alphabetical order
- able to take instructions.

**Previous work as a medical receptionist is a must.**

**Locations**:
Position available for experienced medical receptionist to work at a busy medical practice in Ultimo near Broadway shopping centre. Very close to central train station and bus stop.

**Casual position **Hours available Wednesday 11-close, Thursday 2pm
- close and Friday 2-close.

Must be available at all those times or please DO NOT APPLY.

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
