**About the Role**

This is an Automation Test Lead / Manager role. You will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all Software Delivery methodologies and Test processes, you will use your technical/testing capability to deliver testing within large scale Programmes/Projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Thought leadership and Innovation
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts enabling and advocating an automation-first approach
- Design automation test frameworks
- Be part of a team that creates tests strategies that provide ROI to clientsResearch, investigate, socialise, and aid in the implementation of appropriate new and emerging technologies and approaches via internal innovation of our automation, quality engineering, performance and DevOps communities

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in Test leadership and management
- Great utilisation of test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, MSTest, NUnit, Postman.
- Strong working experience using programming languages such as Java, C#, TypeScript, T/SQL, HTML, CSS. You are proud of the code you write and can understand object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- You may have good understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Jmeter, Karate, SuperTest or similar.
- You may have good understanding of BDD concepts and experience with tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow and JBehave.
- A passion for testing experience, particularly web front-end and back-end testing experience.
- Draft, distribute and socialise formal documents such as project reports, artefacts and knowledge base.
- You have a good understanding of GIT and versioningExcellent communication
