**About the Role**:
The Program Manager will be accountable for all management, support, training, and professional development for the team of 2ICs and Educators, while also ensuring a high-quality and viable program for the service community. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of a remarkable, fun, and engaging program for all groups and children in attendance.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with children, families, school leadership, and the wider school community.
- Impacting the lives of children and their families by delivering a remarkable service and creating life-long memories.
- Networking and collaborating regularly with peers across Australia.
- Managing the team of 2ICs and Educators, supporting their growth, and ensuring professional development.
