URGENT - Disability Support Worker Needed (FEMALE ONLY)

Location: Box Hill, VIC

Start Tomorrow - Monday 5th August

Seeking immediate availability for onboarding and shift commencement.

Scheduled Shifts:

- Monday & Tuesday: 11:00AM - 2:00PM
- Wednesday: 3:30PM - 6:30PM
- Thursday & Friday: 11:00AM - 2:00AM
- Saturday: 10:30AM - 12:30PM
- Sunday: 2:00PM - 4:00PM

Shift Details: Community Access, Domestic Support, Health & Social Engagement

Participant Overview:

- Male participant with a psychosocial disability (BPD)
- Focused on building independence and improving wellbeing
- Actively working toward social confidence and community inclusion
- Following a dietitian-guided health plan (requires support with meal preparation)
- Walks independently but fatigues with extended mobility
- Enjoys creative hobbies (e.g. music, songwriting)

Support worker must be experienced and confident in supporting psychosocial needs with a calm, consistent, and person-centred approach.

Participant Preferences (STRICT - must meet all):

- Female only
- Native English speaker (clear and effective communication required)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Strong understanding of BPD and complex mental health
- Community-oriented and trauma-informed
- Calm, reliable, and respectful approach
- Demonstrated experience in community access and psychosocial support

Mandatory Requirements:

- TFN or ABN employment (no agencies & no independent workers)
- WWCC
- NDIS Worker Screening
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Full Driver’s Licence & reliable, insured vehicle
