Financial Analyst | BONDS Group | Kew, Melbourne
We are recruiting a Financial Analyst to support the Commercial Finance team in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, providing robust forecasting and business insights to key stakeholders, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

What's the role?
- Provide analytical support to assist with strategic decision making for our wholesale channels
- Own and manage trade spend budgets and governance
- Work closely with the sales team to manage operational forecasting
- Provide reporting into weekly and monthly financial reviews
- Support the business in analysing trends
- Facilitate pre and post deal evaluation processes
- Support decision making on variable contribution gains and losses
What experience/skills do I have?
- 4 years industry experience with 2 years in a similar role advantageous
- FMCG experience is a bonus
- Strong understanding of accounting rules/processes
- Retail or wholesale exposure beneficial
- Pricing / margin analysis experience advantageous
- Strong and proven Excel user
- Experience in month end reporting and adhering to strict deadlines
- Analytical in mindset, enjoys problem solving, with a load of initiative
- Confident and articulate communicator - you can work at all levels and manage upwards effectively
