The Program Delivery team undertakes multiple projects covering a number of payroll and superannuation compliance and regulatory matters. As the Program Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for validating data to support remediation activity and review business requirements, investigate anomalies in the data and assist in the analytical remediation process to deliver outcomes. In addition, they will work with colleagues in the project team to highlight risks and issues with data and analysis results. They are also responsible for analysing both data and processes to determine errors, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities and making recommendations to the Program Delivery Manager.

You’ll have
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline or equivalent project management experience.- Experience in managing cross-departmental projects and different cultures- Sufficient and effective communication with senior management- Excellent time management skills with strong capability to prioritise and achieve deadlines whilst working under pressure- Strong analytical skills and financial/budgetary experience- High level of motivation, ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
