Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.We are seeking a full-time Telehealth Officer who is committed to doing their best work every day guided by our values **- Care, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence. **This role is responsible for liaising with our customers and healthcare providers to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
- Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
- Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge® platform
- Relationship management between clients and UHG
- Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required

**Qualifications**:
What you’ll need:

- Knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and in-particular GP’s work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Tertiary qualifications - desired but not essential.
