Land Economist - Full Time Role
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
We are looking for a full-time Land Economist to join our Advisory Department. The role is to ensure all research data analyses are reviewed, provide feasibility and cash flow studies to assist lessors or buyers in the understanding of the market and enable them to maximise the value of their investment.
The work will include qualifying and acquiring potential tenants, landlord management and deal progression. The role also includes the preparation of submission documents, Information Memorandum and report, data input, maintenance and research.
**Key duties and responsibilities**
- To advise clients on commercial property valuation and administration from market and financial analysis.
- Developing and implementing proposals for commercial property.
- Analysing commercial property investments as well as determining values by considering market demand, condition of items, future trends and other factors.
- To assist in utilizing and keep up to date of our Listing System.
- To research, collect data and establish facts on current property market activity.
- To develop and implement proposals, submissions, executive summaries and information memorandums for leasing instructions.
- To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
- To attend all department and company meetings as directed.
- To comply with all company policies and procedures.
- In addition to the duties set out above, you are expected to perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by the Company.
**Key Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications (Property related preferable).
This role will report directly to the Director - Advisory.
