Female Disability Support Worker

Elba Incorporated is in need of a female support worker for one of their clients based in Perth (Northbridge area).
This eganging and dynamic lady has Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
She is in need of High Aquity carers, as she is not able to transfer on her own.

**Shifts needed: You must be able to attend all shifts.**
**Saturdays **8.00am - 10.00am - personal care shift
**Saturdays **7.00pm - 9.00pm - dinner shift
**Saturdays **10pm - 6am - sleep shift

**Job Requirements**:

- Assistance with transfers from bed to commode/wheelchair
- Assistance with washing, drying, dressing and grooming
- Assistance with bladder management - Catheter (training provided)
- Assistance with bowel management routine - suppositories (training provided)
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Assistance with medications management/administering
- Light housekeeping duties

**Experience required**:
Cert III in disability
Hoist or Sara Steady experience
Current First Aid Certificate
NDIS Screen Check
Covid Vaccinaton Certificate

**As Elba Incorporated is a not for profit organisation, support workers employed can Salary Sacrifice up to $15,000 a year tax free.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $83.77 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
