As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart North Lakes**:
Our North Lakes College Street early learning centre is close to shops, schools, public transport and local transport routes
We offer a welcoming, fun and very supportive environment with lots of long-term staff
We are rated as Exceeding NQS
We are a 119 place centre open from 6.00am until 6.00pm
Community is vitally important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we can enrich the learning experience

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
